Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 1 lb Hungry Planet Pork™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • 1 lb chow mein noodles
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • 2 ⅔ tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp honey
  • 2 fl oz chili garlic sauce
  • 2 fl oz chili crisp
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp cornstarch
  • ~ 1 cup water
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear Hungry Planet Pork™️ until crispy (5 minutes). Set aside.

  • Step 2.

    Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

  • Step 3.

    Mix together all other ingredients for the sauce and bring to a simmer to thicken in a saute pan or wok. Add noodles, and stir fry until sauce completely covers the noodles. Add Hungry Planet Pork™️ and mix together.

  • Step 4.

    Top with scallions and serve hot.
