Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup Vegan Mayonaise
  • 6 1/4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper or Red Pepper
  • 12 1/2 tsp Canola Oil
  • 1 lb 9 oz Hungry Planet Breakfast SausageBuy Now
  • 1 5/8 qt Vegan Egg (we use JUST Egg)
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Butter
  • 25 Slices Vegan Cheddar Cheese
  • 25 Toasted English Muffins

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Whisk vegan mayonnaise, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper together. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • Step 2.

    Lightly brown Hungry Planet breakfast sausage patties in oil.

  • Step 3.

    Cook the egg in the vegan butter. Top with sausage patty and the cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.

  • Step 4.

    Place sausage, egg, cheese on muffin bottom. Top with Maple Aioli and muffin top.
