Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounce Hungry Planet Chicken™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • ½ cup vegan ranch
  • ½ cup Louisiana hot sauce
  • ½ cup vegan cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    In a large skillet, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat on medium-high heat. Add Hungry Planet Chicken™️ and break apart with a spoon or spatula. Cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  • Step 2.

    In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, then add chicken and stir.

  • Step 3.

    Pour into a large 1-quart or 2-quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly.

  • Step 4.

    Remove from the oven and garnish with scallions. Serve warm with celery and carrot sticks, toast points, pita, or your favorite crackers.
